Jatinder is the founder of this Firm.
He has over 15 years of experience in identifying organizational training needs, designing development programs, and successfully implementing strategies for many multinational organizations.
Jatinder is an expert in managing L&D projects from inception to successful completion. He has helped clients conceptualize complex projects involving hundreds of learners with clear plans, success milestones, continuous improvements to improve the processes and learner experience.
In his current role, he collaborates with key stakeholders to curate customized learning interventions for their teams.
Always available for ideas and technology to make learning meaningful.
Leadership Development
Roshni comes with an experience of over two decades in the L & D space. She conceptualizes, develops and facilitates workshops on Leadership and Communication skills for both new and tenured managers.
She has facilitated workshops spanning – IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Insurance, Financial services- industries in India and the ASEAN region.
Roshni is a certified as a MGSCC© Coach and an Associate facilitator for InsideOut Coaching© Development-USA. Other certifications include MBTI©, FIRO-b, DISC, TKI-conflict mode instrument and Assess competency model.
A resident of Bangalore, Roshni enjoys travelling, is training as a Sitarist and is a Yoga enthusiast.

Haresh has over three decades of experience in sales, client servicing, and training. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations such as America Online, AXA, and the Future Group in the areas of training and assessment centers.
He has extensive experience in conducting workshops on leadership, team building, sales, service, negotiation, and facilitation skills. He has designed and facilitated assessment and development centers for over 10 years and is certified as a Hogan’s & DISC facilitator and assessor. Additionally, he has completed certifications in Blue Ocean Strategy from CEDEP (INSEAD, France) and Change Management from PROSCI in the US. His coaching training was completed at CLI Canada and he has helped young managers enhance their leadership skills through coaching.

Sanjesh has 19+ years of experience in coaching managers, team leaders, and associates across various corporations in India. With extensive knowledge and expertise in Business Intelligence, Analytical Practice, and Automation, Sanjesh has been actively involved in corporate training for the past decade.
Sanjesh is also a co-founder and Vice President of Analytics at Analytic Spider LLC, where he utilizes his expertise to drive success for the company. Before Analytic Spider, He worked for prominent companies such as Hinduja Global and Manthan Systems, where he made notable contributions in operations, people management, and process re-engineering.
Throughout his career, he has completed numerous certification programs, including Six Sigma Green Belt and certified trainer for a leading automation company.

Kusum, functioning as a Sustainable Development Multiplier, is devoted to engaging young people in comprehending and becoming conscious of the SDGs. Kusum aims to bring about small changes at the individual level, which will eventually lead to a butterfly effect.
For the last 10 years, Kusum has been working with schools and communities to promote everyday sustainable living through workshops, lectures, and projects with school management and children.

As a seasoned professional with over 36 years of cross-functional experience, Srinivas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a consultant and trainer in HR, Operations, and Learning Development Design and Delivery. His background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, combined with my PG Diploma in Management, has given him the unique opportunity to work with global and local companies in a variety of industries, including ITES, Education, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Consumer Durables.
Throughout his career, Srinivas has held various roles in Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Sales & Channel Management, Marketing, Services, Quality Management, HR, L&D, and Operations. This broad experience has enabled him to develop his expertise in leadership, capability development, and change management, with a focus on niche leadership programs, personal effectiveness, leadership pipeline, performance management, conflict management, persuasive communication, process and operational excellence, and coaching.

Our Mentor
Ravi Venkatesam is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur, where he earned a B.Arch degree in 1992. He subsequently did an MBA at IIM Bangalore between 1995 and 1997.
He started his career in the field of software development. He worked for companies such as Tata Steel, on IBM Mainframe computers and with Infosys where he worked on several software projects for various clients. Ravi founded several pioneering technology-based startups that were subsequently acquired by various companies in India, USA and France.
Ravi has been a keen proponent of high-quality education for all age groups. including training for professional development.
Ravi is the founder of the acclaimed set of schools called “The Foundation Schools”, which endeavour to develop in generations of students, the ability to think for themselves, and truly learn through pioneering hands-on methodologies. He is also involved in charitable activities and actively participates in raising funds for various organisations that work in education.
Ravi is also an avid sports person and has run many marathons. He is also a computer programmer and retains a keen interest in fields such as AI and IOT. We are thrilled to have Ravi as our mentor.
