Refund Policy

We sincerely thank you for enrolling for our programs. We have worked hard to make your experience worthwhile with the intention to help you earn new skills and we hope you have a great learning experience during all our programs.

We have user-friendly policies in place to ensure that your purchase is safe with us. Our website has terms and conditions to govern the refund policy.

When you buy a training program from us agree to our privacy policy, term and conditions and refund policy.

We will provide you with a refund if you cancel your enrolment on or before final fee payment date of your course. If you do not attend any part of the course, we will not be able to refund the fee. Refunds will be issued to the student within 45 days from the date of cancellation. If you are not able to cancel your enrolment on or before the final fee payment date of your course, no refunds will be provided.

We reserve the right to cancel an on-line course, an event, a webinar, e-learning course and/or classroom taught course, due to insufficient enrolment, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic etc), or other events beyond our control.

In the event a class is cancelled by us, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given a full refund of your registration fee minus the taxes and convenience fee.

Crawling Bytes Technologies will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets and/or hotel reservations.

Please note that if the program has any download material and you have downloaded the material or materials has been shared with you prior to the session then the refund is not applicable.

We strive to keep our website up and running 99% of the time and we have taken steps to ensure there is minimum downtime. However, there can be unforeseen situations due to which the website and/or third party LMS may be down for maintenance or due to bandwidth issue and the loading time of pages, programs, videos or webpage can be interrupted or may behave unpredictable. In the event of any technical issue with the website and / or LMS platform, we will try to resolve it at the earliest. We will not be able to process any refunds in the event of any technical reasons.

We reserve the rights to make changes to this policy anytime and we may not be able to inform you every time we make a policy change.

A participant / subscriber can ask for refund by writing us at support@notesdayacademy.com.

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant / subscriber will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) as per the timeframe mentioned in the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
